1. Sr. Developer /Analyst
2. Analyst and designer, should be able to guide small teams and should be
able to handle onsite transitions.
3. Specs preparation.
4. Technically skilled in - Java,J2EE, jsp, EJB, Hibernate/ JPA
5. Familiarity with Rational Rose Model
6. Familiar with three-tier architecture
7. Personal attributes/competencies required
8. Excellent communication skills both oral & written in English
9. Pleasing personality
10. Mentoring and Team handling experience
11. Special knowledge/skills required
Team work, Conceptual Thinking, Analytical thinking, Attention to details, Flexibility, Structured Programming Techniques, Logic building, Program Construction & Design. IT Consulting background preferred.
