Job Description
1. Render customer support to Idea customers through voice interactions
2. Handle queries to ensure customer satisfaction
3. Stay updated with latest information on various Idea Updates
4. Adhere to client defined quality norms
5. Adhere to service levels norms
6. Adhere to guidelines for code of conduct
7. Adhere to Information Security Policies
8. Familiarity of Operating Systems (windows 98/95/2000/NT/XP) & internet
9. Ability to use the desktop computer system: Booting & shutting down the computer system
10. Typing speed: minimum 20 wpm.
11. Ability to perform all KCRPs on phone system- logging in, aux code, routing & closing.
12. Software: demonstrated proficiency in use of ACD
13. Product Knowledge:
14. Different Plans available
15. Product specific work flows
16. Complete understanding of Idea
17. Knowledge of Telecom regulations , Escalations , Tagging
18. Written & verbal communication – ability to communicate clearly & correctly
19. Customer service – ability to empathize with customers & prioritize customer needs.
20. Good understanding of telephone etiquette
