1. Working experience in technical voice support is mandatory.
2. Good Verbal and Written skills
3. Neutral accent
4. Call control both inbound and outbound
5. Situation handling on calls
6. Basics of technology - L1 Support (Presales/Postsales)
7. OS -Windows/Linux/UNIX support
8. Networking components, etc
9. Willing to work in shifts
10. ITIL knowledge advantage
11. Good Analytical & logical skills
12. Eagerness to learn
13. Positive attitude & approach
14. Team player
15. Good Knowledge of quality & process

Education :

1. Graduates/ Post Graduates (BE, B.Tech, BCA, BSc, BBM / ME, M.Tech, MCA, MSc, MBA )
2. Candidates with Diploma can Apply - But Need to be 10 +2 +3.
3. Arts Graduates are however not eligible.
