1. Experience in ASP.Net, C#, VB.net,Winforms,SQL Server
2. Experience in HTML, XML, AJAX
3. Experience in Web Services, Remoting knowledge
4. Experience with Databases
5. Strong Object Oriented Concepts
6. Experience with performance tuning .
7. Eperience in Sharepoint/MOSS will be an added advantage.
8. Net based applications desirable
9. Experience providing a vision of the total solution, managing a track of work and defining a comprehensive solution leading toward a common vision.
10. Understanding of the project life cycle process.
Competencies
1. Need EXCELLENT oral and written communication skills
2. Strong persuasive ability and tenacity -Enthusiastic, with positive attitude.
3. Should be able to work independently
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree required - Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
