Senior QA Manager / Practice Manager

Job Description
Scalar USA Inc (www.scalarusa.com) headquartered in Chicago, US established in 2001 with over 200 employees is expanding its operations in Hyderabad India under Microcom Solutions Pvt Ltd based in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. Scalar USA Inc has over 70 Certified QA consultants in the US and currently executing QA projects Remotely Offsite. This position will be for out Offshore center in Hydarabad. Scalar is seeking a Senior QA Automation Lead for our QA practice which focuses exclusively on delivering quality assurance, functional automation, performance engineering, and software testing services that support the significant business challenges and demands of our customers. Our experience and capabilities are extensive and reach into most major vertical industries.
The Test Lead Will be responsible for,
1. Attending sales calls and writing proposals for new projects
2. Managing multiple projects and delivery
3. Coordinating project efforts with clients in US
Desired Profile
1. Strong hands on experience developing Test Strategies, Test Cases and execution planning
2. Experience working closely with business users and providing guidance on QA efforts
3. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to motivate a team and work well with all levels and personalities
4. Development of automated functional/ performance test scripts
5. 10+ years automation experience
6. 5+ Years of hands on performance testing experience using LoadRunner and SilkPerformaer
7. 5+ years of hands on functional automation experience using QuickTest Professional, Silk and Test Complete
8. Strong SQL skills
9. Excellent Java and VB script programming skills
10. 5+ years in managing projects and leading QA team Looking for some one who will Lead the Offshore QA Practice , set up the offshore QA Team , handling Multiple projects
Education: UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization,Graduation Not Required
PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization,Post Graduation Not Required
