The Web Execution Manager function sits centrally between web development and the business analysis teams. In this role, talented candidate will enjoy high level strategy experience and the ability to expand strong technical skills into project execution experience.
Desired profile
Strategy and Visualization Skills:
- Ability to analyze business needs and applications.
- Ability to prepare a high level web design and have a complete process layout in place before execution
- Identify, analyze, troubleshoot and resolve complex software problems related to web design.
- Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
- Research for new techniques which can improve the delivery levels.
- Ability to master new techniques quickly and efficiently.
- Process and Timeline Oriented approach.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, and Image Ready.
- Knowledge of W3C, design standards like web 2.0 and other Usability (U.I.) standards
- Hands on experience of working on Tableless websites, PHP, JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, DHTML, XHTML and CSS.
- Database design, development and Implementation skills essential.
- Good Understanding of CMS solutions like Drupal, Joomla, Wordpress and their implementation.
Team Management Skills:
- Good Team Management and mentoring Skills.
- Knowledge of Performance Measurement Systems.
- Ability to work in multi-tasked environment.
