Job Description
1.Achieving the given service targets for the spare parts, annual maintenance contracts, consumables/ Coding machine sales and sales of special applications for ink jet
coding machines.
2.Maintaining the highest level of service standards and ensuring quality installations by conducting timely audits, adhering to the standards set by the organisation
3.Maintaining excellent standards of Client Servicing resulting in 100% client retention.
4.Conceptualising & implementing services plans / policies for the organisation, ensuring accomplishment of business goals.
5.Handling complaints relating to warranty and quality standards.
6.Finalising annual maintenance contracts with the clients and making regular visits at their end for handling their grievances.
Desired Candidate Profile
1)Managing the service operations
2)Handle a team of 4-5 members of customer service executive
3)Maintaining excellent standards of Client Servicing
4) Candidate should have min.10 years experience
5)candidate should have good analytical and problem solving skills.
