Knowledge

Windows 2008 / 2003

Excellent knowledge and in Microsoft Windows (Installation, Configuration, Administration)

Knowledge and experience in MS Directory services, DNS, MS Cluster

Excellent knowledge and hands on experience of Active Directory (AD), Terminal Services (TSE) / Remote Desktop

Services (RDS), Distributed File System (DFS), Windows Update Services (WSUS)

Understand and willing to provide Windows support on rotational basis, 24 X 7

Problem solving and investigation capabilities

Managerial Skills: Strong communication skills, Good written and fluent English, Good interpersonal skills, Should be a team player

Should possess at least 1 years of Team handling experience.

Should be able to handle client queries.

Should possess presentation skills.

Capable of RCA analysis and preparation of technical documents.

Skill Set

MS Cluster (Windows 2003 - Installation, Configuration, Administration)

Active Directory (AD) Administration AD Backup & Recovery (AD recovery – Backup, Export/Import, FSMO)

TSE/RDS, DNS, DFS, WSUS,

Operating Systems (Windows 2008 / 2003 / 2000)
