Desired Profile
1. Excellent Communication skills
2. Willingness to work in shifts including Night Shifts.
3. Specifications for Server Monitoring Professionals
4. Flexibility and team working capability
5. Able to work in 24x7 support
6. Basic Knowledge of LAN, TCP /IP
7. Knowledge of Windows NT 4 Server, Windows 2000 Server, Windows 2003 Server
8. Knowledge of monitoring tool such as G2, CIM, SMART or any other
9. Knowledge of backup tools like Veritas Netbackup, Arcserve and TIG
10. Knowledge of Antivirus
11. Ticketing tool like Remedy & USD

Exp.: 2 yrs min - 4 yrs max.

Qualification: Educational / Professional Qualification (Preferable): BE / B Tech/ MCA/ Diploma/ B.Sc.
