Job Description

We have great opportunity for the openings for Recruiters.

Desired Candidate Profile

* Computer savvy. * Good communication and convincing skills. * Strong understanding of IT skills and terminologies. * Flexible regarding work timings. * Good attitude, team player, target driven, career oriented and a quick learner.

Responsibilities

* Involved in end to end recruitment lifecycle. * Detailed analysis of the JD – to understand the client’s requirement thoroughly. * Sourcing and screening of valid profiles. * Ensuring SLAs are met for providing the validated profiles. * Scheduling the shortlisted profiles for interview and ensuring following up. * Candidate Selection, offer negotiation and follow up with joining to ensure the onboardings. * Taking ownership of handling walk-ins. * Maintaining own database and uploading of resumes in RADAR.

Education Graduate in BE(IT),B.Sc.(IT),BCA,MCA,MBA

Experience 0 – 3 years
